Admission & Intake - Up to 10 hours monthly dedicated to incoming student IEPs, behavioral histories and psychological evaluations to generate immediate internal placement and facility accommodation roadmaps.
Regents Exam Coordination - Complete tracking and synchronization of New York State Regents, testing modifications, and direct communications with students’ home school districts.
Clinical & Admin Alignment - Four (30 minute) structured weekly virtual sessions with your facility’s team to review student IEP compliance and optimize program delivery.
On-Site Meeting - A single dedicated quarterly on-site consultation to audit the delivery of Specialized services and upcoming key milestones.
Engagement Model - Offered as a fixed monthly retainer of $3,200 based on core agency needs.
